Project Overview
In September 2026, Berry Bros. & Rudd commissioned the restoration of its front showroom at the company’s historic Green Park premises, close to St James’s Palace. The brief was to repair and renew damaged plasterwork while protecting the room’s original character, including its decorative ceiling details and distinctive curved corners and wall.
Restoration Approach
We carefully removed and repaired damaged plaster before replastering the walls and ceiling. We incorporated fibreglass mesh to reinforce the new surfaces and improve long-term durability. This proven specification has performed successfully across previous projects, providing a robust finish suited to the demands of a working heritage environment.
The completed work safeguards the showroom’s historic fabric while providing a durable, high-quality finish for the years ahead.
